There are no drones that I know of that only show up in infra red, have no heat signature and could keep up with/outfly a police helicopter flying into the wind and as far as I can recall no military has perfected an invisibility cloak on any vehicle also if this were some sort of secret black project experimental technology it would be not only ridiculous but down right dangerous and negligent to fly these things across the world over towns city’s dangerously close to civilian aircraft over army installations even interfering with nuclear facilities rocket launches and military exercises. The powers that be seem to be panicking because they can’t cover this up anymore, publically they feign interest set up committees that string us all along but ultimately answer nothing and go nowhere….

What you are seeing is static electricity reflecting off of the air frame. The static field that is emitting around the air frame is impeding on the dielectric gases in the atmosphere showing a thermal impedance via Infrared outputs. It should out put some UV as well.
