How about all recovered technology that has been handed over, recovered using public funds, belongs to the public domain and should be reclaimed for such end? The idea that a panel should be set up to decide what should or should not be classified can be put in place and delivered with such scrutiny. All the reverse engineering or products found by such institutions given such tech could certainly remain their intellectual property; however, the actual asset remains the property of the public whose funds made such available. All others in the hands of public companies found or secured using their own funds should rightly remain their property. This is my thinking on the matter.
These breakdowns are my favourite uap podcast content. It’s great to check in on current events and hear what you think about them.
If a Russian military drone crash landed in The U.K. or The U.S. and was found by a private citizen let alone a representitive of a corperation, would anyone seriosly advocate that they should be allowed to keep it? How is this any different? Of course it should be owed by the govt. It’s also preferable because if any material is owned by the govt there is at least a potential means to force disclosure via FOIA or future legislation. While material remains in private hands, no such possibility exists.
Full of EVIDENCE not “Repeated info from other investigaters”…..
Great show. Ordered the serpent book, Dan. (Yes, bring on the esoteric.) We *are* headed for a paradigm shift 100%. I think we’ll be laughing so hard when we see how much of our speculation we’ve gotten all wrong. I’ve heard that the beginning of 2027 will have fascinating stuff coming. We’re all looking for answers. And that we’ll have another sort of Phoenix lights event coming too / same-ish location /our desert southwest this year or next. Here’s hoping the things that I’ve heard about will come to pass. Keep up the great work, guys.
Governments practice eminent domain all the time. Just ask the indigenous people.
The current cohort of publc facing “disclosure advocates” are still doubling-down on the nothion that the Peruvian mummies are “100% fake”. I’m curious what information Dan has that confirms this. All medical researchers in direct contact with the specimens have suggested otherwise, so I’m curious, is Dan just echoing the #ufotwitter hive-mind here or does he have a source from someone who has examined them first-hand to form this view for him?
Wrong. Gillibrand has had the ‘briefing’. If she is walking it back it’s to satiate someone else, or to avoid a political issue with her constituency. She knows it’s the real deal.
You guys make me laugh, complains about the lack of progress on this subject and exclaiming, “let’s get moving”. What have you been doing in your own countries? Why don’t you “get moving” your own governments. What the hell are they doing? Nothing. And what are you doing to get your own countries to disclose…a big fat nothing. You are great examples of Hypocrisy on this subject. LOL
