If one assumes that remote viewing is total bullcrap for a minute, one should consider that the actual phenomonon that gives remote viewing value, is that it can insert plain old common sense and educated, imaginative, thoughtful guess work into a bureaucratic organization that’s normally cursed by organizational “group-think”, by making it sound scientific.
