Underwater makes the most sense.
* Invisible to 99,999% of humans
* Unexplored
* Remote
* Easily accessible from space unnoticed
* Close to a huge power source (earth center)
* Perhaps closer to their native environment ? Temperature or low solar radiation
* Who observes the Phenomenon the most.? The Navy….

I was listening to Kevin Knuth on T.O.E. some time within the past year. He brings up several reasons why liquid water would be an ideal medium in which outside visitors could thrive. Obviously stealth is one reason, and clearly resources are abundant. But he astutely made the point that liquid water has a relatively small range of possible (moderate) temperatures vs air. There were several other reasons as well. I recommend giving it a listen.

This is something I’ve been talking about since we’ve started talking about the Tictac shaped UFO sightings! I asked what if the stuff that we saw doesn’t come from space but from right here? What if some or even all of the things that we can’t explain were built by an intelligent species other than humans and they don’t come from space but live right here on Earth? Where would they be? Well, ask yourself what part of our planet we haven’t explored yet. I’m glad that I’m not the only one thinking about this!!!

I said it a few time and ill keep saying it. The government goes bananas denying Extraterrestrial/ Aliens but mention Terrestrial/ NHI, they go silent and ignore it. I believe some of these beings have been living here the entire time under our feet. Maybe earth is much more habitable that we thought beneath and we just live on the outer crust layer, an after thought to them.

That’s been my personal theory all along. Whatever intelligence was here before the great flood(10-12,000 years ago), likely went underwater thereafter.

You know you hear often there being a NHI base on the back side of the moon. Truthfully 95% of the ocean hasn’t been discovered. Just saying a lot of deep dark places to hide a base.
