Patrick discusses the recent release of documents from the department of homeland security to the department of defense about a Prospective Special Access Program to study the UFO phenomenon called “KONA BLUE”.
“The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agrees to provide the Department of Defense (DoD) with documents and relevant information associated with KONA BLUE. KONA BLUE was a DHS prospective special access program (PSAP) terminated on February
They’re jus throwing us a bone. The only way they were able to tell us the name is bc they did close it but reopened it under a diff name, jus like ATIP…rem Lac said it had a new name.
These programs NEVER get terminated they just change the name.
Probably just more disinformation campaign bs
Daniel Liszt has commented extensively on Kona blue. “Blue” for whatever reason shows up in the mystery schools, aerospace, and other esoteric institutions that are involved in these studies. Its something like a code word or steganography for communicating something secretive but to many people you may not even know, and in a secretive way.
Big if true
is the dimensional/space-time barrier seen as a barrier because of the limitations of sending a message at the speed of light and overcoming this by sending it through consciousness? I’m trying to figure out why dimensional/space-time would be considered a barrier hmm.. and what was the convincing element that caused the financers to feel confident in funding the consciousness/remote viewing aspect of the program?
Drip-feed disclosure.
(And, seriously, I’m just very glad this was released. They’re not just coming right out and saying, “Well, okay, so we do *know* non-human, advanced intelligence exists and it/they/whatever are/have been on Earth” or whatever—but what else could this proposal have even been about.)
Could it be that with Elizondo’s book coming out, they wanted to release what was cleared for him to write about prior to the book being released? Just thinking out loud
