The painting is not a joke . Its very real! its in fact famous for what looks like a UFO in it!
The Phoenix lights were not military flares. People saw two different sets of lights. One set was flares that slowly fell from the sky and were visibly easy as flares. The other side of lights did not move and not visibly flares. Just another excuse to try to hide whatever they don’t know about.
My friend and I were smoking in Colorado once in a car facing mountains. We saw at least 6-10 lights all moving in different directions hovering above and around the range. We couldn’t get any footage with the phones at the time (like 2017) and we were SO blown
If we’re looking for the truth, don’t waste time on the government. they are too afraid themselves to be at the mercy of a more advanced civilization.
We can have contact with our interstellar neighbors directly.
