Bob Lazar was the first person to mentioned that UFOs fly vertically, underside to the side. There are plenty of videos showing that so he had knowledge for sure.

Moving a camera and zooming while filming a stationary light source or two would look just the same as this. No context, no comparative scale, no distance. The “fleet” could be an occurrence where a large number of balloons are released and filmed in the air under certain lighting conditions.

The multiple orbs reminds me of the 2015 Gimbal video on AARO’s website, where the Navy pilot from the USS Theodore Roosevelt states “there’s a whole fleet of them out there”.
