Yeah, sadly, it’s small toy soldiers in a model diorama.
Good find to whoever found those Military Soldier figures; they’re clearly exactly as in the photo.
I said it before with confidence and I say it again, photos of UFO/UAPs are worthless, as proven here. Conmen everywhere, wanting to sell their books, documentaries, paid to talk and have a career in the subject $$$$
Whoever presents this type of material should expect and accept harsh criticism. Don’t criticize the audience
Actually these figurines shown came out in 1984 the photo was produced in the 1940s. The photo in question was never meant for public viewing. In the 1940s, photography primarily relied on film cameras. Darkroom techniques were used for developing and printing photographs.
Airbrushing and retouching were possible but required skilled artists and manual work. It was not as straightforward as digital manipulation today. You have to ask yourself when was the photo along with other evidence first handed over to Wayne Sturgill? If it was before 1984 and they were never shown until now then we can rule out manipulation at a later date.

Another bulls**t claim. What a surprise…
You bullied that guy John Stewart because he was an easy target but you left this choad off the hook
