Basically he is saying that the aliens already have nuclear weapons, but the aliens instead of blowing their own planet up before they leave their planet, the aliens chose to instead go to other planets or solar systems to colonise the new planets and either keep the exisiting one they have or all of the planets they have colonised. Unlike humans where as soon as humans have the abiity to create a nuclear weapon , we are so eager to use this weapon on another country which in turn is blowing ourselves up before we get a chance to even figure out how to leave the earth to get to another planet to save ourselves, when the planet gets blown up because of a nuclear war.

He is also saying that the scientists are not really trying to figure out if alien exists because it is like a scientist having to do an experiment on themselves, where the human is the subject of the experimentation. So it is like a rat that a scientist experiments on, because the rat dosent have the ability to have knowledge of what the human is doing. The same thing is for the human scientist, if they were to figure out if aliens exist , the human scientist is the rat in the lab and they human needs to understand the alien technology or have the alien technology to test on themselves.

He also said that it is hard to beleive that scientist who are physists who work their entire life as a physists did nothing in physics, as in a doctor who has a degree as a brain surgeon, keeps saying they are doing brain surgery studys brain surgery all their life but have nothing to show for it as in no progress. So he is saying that when physists are saying they have no idea that they are lying or dont want to tell you, or not just yet they will not tell you.

He is also saying that all the UFOs or UAPS that people are seeing are there infront of them when they are seeing it, but because our vision or the ability to comprehend what is infront of us is limited, viewing the physical UFO or UAP by that individual becomes obscured because of their lack of understanding of what they are actually looking at, because it is too much for them to comprehend that what ever the UFO or UAP is doing is real and possible , such as flying at the speed of light, morphing into a cloud, being transparent, producing no sound when flying at high speeds etc . Basically because for so long humans are told that to fly at a speed of light is impossible when they see an object doing so, we think it must be fake, AI , its no possible, we are seeing something else, hallucinating etc.

It is my belief there have been many civilizations that have come and gone here on Earth..It is possible that one civilization was erased by a life ending event similar to that of the dinosaur’s extinction ..Possible millions of years passed before life restarted from anew all over again..Any evidence of that civilization turning to dust leaving no trace of it’s existence..could it be they achieved technology thousands of years ahead of where we are now before that event erased them ?..The technology they had made it possible for them to travel through-out the universe and they discovered new planets that could sustain life..Maybe they knew Earth was about to have that life ending event and some left and settled a new planet and what we are seeing is them returning and monitoring Earth..Earth is not a friendly place..Maybe they are watching and waiting for us to catch up in technology before they reveal their existence..It was once said Scientists believed there was at least 9 civilizations that have come and gone but i believe there were many many more..Some with technology much greater than what we have now..

Eric Weinstein is a pretty famous guy. He is a regular guest on Joe Rogan and a very smart guy. I’m surprised you haven’t heard of him.
