The United States government is succinctly aware that UFOs/UAP’s/ET’s are real, they are just not defining real what. Hybrids (SHAPE SHIFTERS) require oxygen to breathe and transportation from one location to the next; therefore some UFOs/UAP’s are very physical, others are not.
