Looks like the tic tac (or a variation of it) and once again over the ocean or a large body of water. Most of the cigar shaped UFO sightings over land tend to be larger craft. There’s clearly something there-there with the water connection and these smaller “cigar” shaped tic tac looking craft. Almost certainly NHI and for all we know they’ve been here for a very long time and monitor us like chimps in a zoo. The more you look into this topic, the darker and more sinister reality of it becomes apparent.
