Upon closer inspection of the video, you can clearly see the energy emitting around the object, with a gap opening on the right side providing the thrust. They are manipulating atmospheric molecules around the craft such that it makes it extremely pressurized on the outside like squeezing a pit between your fingers, and launching it by your finger tips. Or the energy surrounding it, is forming a bubble against gravity and using spin and votrex to stabilize the craft into propulsion.
