Just where do you report it! Ours happened more then 20 years ago there was no place at that time! We had something passing our semi-truck when my husband pointed it out to me it shot pass the truck went in front of us! You know how big a windshield is in one of those truck right? It looked like a plasma ball to me! it took up the whole horizon in front of us the whole windshield, then it shrunk down to a pin head the separated out to a lot of them in to a dot-to-dot puzzle all most! changing back to a pin head then back to a dot-to-dot every time it did it look as if it was rotating in the sky! The after a complete rotation it went back to a pin head it was some distance from us, so what look like a pinhead was very, very big in reality it set for a time then went straight up until it was gone! At that time drone were just something on a chalkboard, so you tell me what we so all I know is my husband wonted to stop the truck to get a better look I told him no way!
