FBI Memo 6751, dated 1945 (Round Robin Brahmanical explanation). It states there is more than one “Earth” (the postulate is 7 “Earths”) that are nested, interpenetrating and comingled. Each “Earth” has 7 (postulate is 7) Tala “planes” (more material) and 7 (postulate is 7) Loka “planes” (more spiritual). That means that 7x7x7 “real estates” plus the postulate could be inaccurate and it could actually be 12 “Earths” with the associated “planes”. What is seen as interdimensional might be near but not completely associated at all points of contact. The military cabal chimera has been working along these lines, based on these concepts since 1945 in secret.

Avi Loeb doesn’t think 3I Atlas is alien. You need to watch ALL of his interviews (meaning from beginning to end) and read he’s statements. He flat out says it’s a comet. I’m less than a minute into this video, between your statement that you believe these phenomena is interdimensional, and Avi Loeb says the comet is an alien craft I had to turn it off. Don’t post about stuff you barely understand. I get it, you’re interested and think it’s going to equal likes or whatever. The topic is convoluted enough without amateurs chiming in.

He’s probably right about how past, present, and future are in the same area but are de-interleaved using some kind of technique. It means you can leave the “now” as he’s saying so you aren’t bound by anyone else’s problems, beliefs, or their faith. Sure, frequencies should work, especially conceptually. The dimensional part is crazy mathematics that imply many things like interchanging space or having parallel or alternate universes. I don’t know if dimensions is what we are talking about here but it might be. The “craft”, or disc if that is what we are talking about seems to have a chargeable hull, massive power systems, and they seem to fly at a blinkered speed which is almost instant or seems as such. In that regard it seems normal, like some flying machine in a classical sense. Because of physical laws, relativity, they “can’t do that” but they do. Those craft don’t have to subvert the speed of light, I think the envelop they generate encapsulates the craft and allows it to ignore it’s own mass relative to everything or perhaps mostly everything else. 🙂
