I am a Native West Texan and am very familiar with the area and it looks like the border patrols tethered ballons and blimps that they use for monitoring the borders and they are jam packed with pretty impressive tech including infrared systems. It could possibly make filming them a little tricky. I do want believe that it might be something else but there are so many of them tethered in the area that I really feel that it is just the observation ballons.

Looks like a typical balloon …. Not really in good focus .. it would be interesting if it zoomed off… 99% a balloon…..

We need powerful engines, fuel to fight against gravity… What if they have a really cool solution for gravity? What if they have a metal or some other dimensional stuff to float anywhere they want…!!!
If you showed a video call to someone in 1845 they’d be amazed just like us when we’re looking at this orb !!!
