Problem with the ‘non-politicized’ – the UAP population has grown to a size that can seriously impact an individual’s re-election. The best of all worlds – we have a UAP bandwagon both sides see voter-numbers in.

You haven’t dug deep enough. You need to go back to crowley, lam, jack parsons and a certain facist political party from Germany. Then go to operation paperclip. It is very much political. The remnants of that old party took over a certain current party. The ones blocking disclosure would be my guess.
