New Jersey residents have lost their minds as unidentified drones run rough shot over sensitive areas of New Jersey and New York.
The latest theory is that they are part of the US Navy’s “Special Access Program”, a Top Secret type of Federal program the details of which can’t (or won’t) be shared with local authorities.
