Nice interview. Dolan at 1:15:00 clearly doesn’t pay attention to the details. The reason why now? This was always the plan; they knew this time was coming and urged us to pay attention to the planet. They knew that our camera and monitoring technologies were advancing and there was little they could do to mask their presence – unlike primitive human societies, up to the mid-19th century. Lastly, the agreement stuck with Eisenhower was due to lapse and would not be renewed. They have nothing to lose now. Dolan is great at the history of events, not so much tracking the current flow and direction.
