I have seen something very similar to this back in the late 90s.
Four of us walking along a river and noticed what we thought was a silver helium balloon floating along the hedgerow at the top of the field.
It kept a slow pace parallel with us until we started running toward it, at which point it did a perfect right angle turn and quickly bobbed over the hedgerow.
It took us about ten seconds to get to the hedgerow but when we looked over it was a huge open ploughed field and the ‘balloon’ was nowhere to be seen.
We have always jokingly referred to it as the cosmic balloon but it was odd, no wind and it just seemed to disappear.

Interesting how all sorts of paranormal things are happening at the same time! First we have the Nazca mummies that have now been proven to have once been alive and carbon dated to 1700 years ago! Then the DRONES and ORBS that were all over the East coast and after a month or so were reported ALL OVER THE WORLD! There have been strange FLICKERING LIGHTS reported to the EARTH WATCHMAN where he has almost 600 videos of lights flickering and/or changing color to PURPLE in All states in America and over 1400 videos of the same flickering lights all over the world! Now the Bugha sphere with hundreds of fiber light ends imbedded microscopically in it and a picture ENGRAVED on it that is very reminiscent to several crop circles from awhile ago! Then there are the SKYWATCHER crew identifying 9 different types of UAP’s that seem to be connected in some way to CONSCIOUSNESS and Dr. Greer’s CE5 Protocols! Wonder what will be the next thing to come forward! Also of interest is that our solar system seems to have moved into a CLOUDY DARK MATTER area of the universe!

I have at least a dozen experiences witnessing these objects different sizes , day & night sightings no doubt some sightings are government, the other sightings must be interdimensional.
