Look, the confusion about defining a “first hand” witness is that we’re not using the term correctly. A first-hand witness to something is contextual to the claim. If I claim the US has an alien corpse, then to be a first-hand witness, I’d have to see the corpse. If I claim the US has a pile of hidden top secret documents pertaining to UFOs, then I would be a first hand witness had I seen them. The term gets confused when we try to slot someone as a “first-hand witness” when what people mean to say is, “I want a witness to has direct evidence of something I find compelling, like tech or bodies or whatever”.

Most people want a “first hand” witness to come forward that has seen real alien stuff, not documents or photos of alien stuff. But that’s also conflating terms.

The government will drag this out hoping it goes away. That’s their past record and they are doing it now.
Jeremy needs to put together a team outside of the government with a couple lawyers and move all this disclosure to the public out of government control. That’s the only way we will find out. And that’s how outside science and research will prosper for all.

When they say “first hand witness” I think is just what is called “weasel words” which are terms or phrases that sound impressive but lack specific meaning or concrete evidence. Marketing uses weasel words all the time to mislead people to buy their products. And I think these UFO “celebrities” are just selling us bs to benefit them and don’t really care about the truth.

Then we have to go to how do they know whether it is alien or human technology, or a misinterpretation of what has occurred. That would require a competent person asking good questions. Normally, you can put out scientifically plausable alternatives, they won’t go there. Anything which involves a classified project, will be sent to a closed hearing. We will never know until it is unclassified in maybe 50 years.
